That’s My Chicken (TMC) is a fast casual, quick service restaurant concept designed to provide our guests with a carefully handcrafted, chef-inspired menu that is quality paired with famous flavors.
TMC is proud to provide our guests with chickens that are raised in Ontario by local family farmers. The birds are grain-fed and free to roam around in climate-controlled barns, where they have access to fresh water and nutritious feed at all times. Chickens used by TMC never receive any hormones or steroids.
The menu offered to our guests consists of our famous chicken pieces, tenders, hand cut fries served with “made from scratch” boss sauces and coleslaw.
TMC prides itself on chef-inspired menu innovation which includes layers of flavor and original combinations. We strive for that “wow’ factor in everything we serve. Our chicken is always natural and hormone free; marinated for 18 hours and hand breaded in our secret coatings.
The key to our success is our passion for scratch made chicken that is high in quality and full of flavor.

This is flavor elevation at its best. Our approach to dipping sauces differs from most. Chicken this good is not suited for just any normal sauce. That is why we went to the kitchen and created “made from scratch” sauces that are every bit as unique and flavorful as our homestyle hand coated chicken.
